  • Bec Wilson, Founder and Principal

    Bec has more than 25 years of leadership experience in technology companies, non-profits, and political offices. She was most recently COO at Change.org, where she oversaw operations, marketing, and campaign and user support.

    She previously co-founded Australian Progress, a non-profit organization building the capacity of civil society. Bec built her skills and experience working for the Lord Mayor of Sydney over a decade, including as Chief of Staff.

  • Nina Coutts O'Connor, Director

    Nina (they/them) is a powerhouse political and engagement strategist. They run winning campaigns and build high-performing teams.

    Nina was one of the senior leaders behind the ‘Teal Wave’ that swept through Australian Politics in 2022.

    They have led progressive political campaigns and organizations for over a decade, and are deeply passionate about driving social change, and leveraging technology for social good.

  • Charisse Serrano, Operations Manager

    Charisse recently completed a Masters in Environmental Policy at The New School. Her career to date has been in HR, Operations and Comms, including a large chunk of time at Unicef in New York. As she moves her career into Climate Justice work,, we’re very very lucky to have her join the Wilson Sterling team.

    Charisse will provides our clients with deep expertise and high volume execution in administration, operations including HR and Finance, and internal and external communications.

  • Rebecca Weidler, Board Chair

    Rebecca has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and as an Engagement Manager at Deloitte Consulting specialises in building customer trust and loyalty. Rebecca is the founding Chair of the Wilson Sterling Board of Directors.

    In addition to Rebecca, Wilson Sterling’s Board is: Patrick Schmitt, Joanna Patterson, Rashawn Davis, Sofia Madden, Jamie Patrick and Nick Allardice.
